Most of the time it's easy if you know what to do. But there are some very hard scenarios in the game such as.
1. Entering Swamp for the first time.

2. Comming to close to the Plains for the first time and get attention by some mosquitos.

3. And last of all getting stunned by 2 star wolf with other wolfs around, or being stunned in the middle of a Fuling village will get you killed no matter how much you know the game or having the best gear and food on you.

The first time around without knowing anything about the game it's starting to get hard in the Black forest imo. If you don't count all the trees that killed you or almost killed you in Meadows. :)
