if this is your OWN dedicated server (like you have a spare computer running as "the server"), you just add the mods you want to use the same way you would normally.

It's my own dedicated server. Not rented.
Just to clarify, to install mods for my server I just drop the BepInEx stuff, then all mods I want into the mods folder (I know it's not called that) into .../steamapps/common/ Valheim dedicated server?
If so thanks a bunch. Life saver.
Also I'm aware everyone needs to install the mods. There's only 3 of us so it won't be too much of a hassle. Thanks again.
