Lol nope , star trolls spawn way to away from the center , boars too unless u find a boar rune

I've not left the starter island and have several tamed **boars and see starred Necks, deer and dwarf types pretty regularly. No starred trolls.
Maybe your info is obsolete or maybe we need to put an actual distance on how far away they spawn instead of just saying "far" and "close".
