Yet. I'm hopeful they'll add the function in the future, mine shafts seem so logical. Though it might make underground bases far too OP and doesn't seem very viking aside from natural caves.

Sunken crypts should give you a very accurate way to set your expectations about mines.

Plus any kind of underground tunneling would lead to cheesing raids on your home.

And, vikings were not miners.
