Dodge roll his ground slam and stand in the fire for awhile, pop a healing potion afterwards if needed—good way to get more DPS time on him. The fire resist pot should make this doable.

Dodge roll spam to the side when he does his beam attack and simply get behind one of the stone fingers to avoid the meteors.
