You should be fine to run 1080p resolution *if* you also have a graphics card, something like a GTX 900 series or better.

This is assuming you have the recommended 8 GB RAM. If you only have 4 GB RAM, see if your graphics card might also have vRAM (like a 1050ti, as example).

4 GB might run kinda choppy, and you should set all your graphics to low, see what minimum gameplay looks like. Then scale up 1 thing at a time until you're happy.

No graphics card? Like, integrated graphics? Integrated GPU could work ok on low settings *if* your i3 is a modern gen (i.e a 3000 series i3, and not a 2000 series or 500 series).

Still, none of this is a deal breaker. Try it, the game is hella fun, immersive, intense, cool..
Basically worthy of a try.

My console is well over 10 years old, clunking along with an i7, 16 GB RAM, and a GTX 970 series. I can run maximum graphics on almost anything still, which is surprising. I think your rig will do ok!
