i said above that my gear is almost max lvl, only leather stuf are not maxed because i needed bones. the plan now is to start in a new world because i cant find boars in curent because i killed them all (?) and return later to existing one Instead of focussing at getting your gear back, it may be a better idea to focus at getting the right tools, weapons and armour first. That tombstone won't run away anyway and with your new gear you may have a better chance to get your old gear back.
So I'd start with collecting the branches, deed hide, stones, resin, create the club, shield, hammer, axe, bow and arrows.
Build up your base - if you haven't done that - and make sure you got the flint to get a tier 2 workbench, so you can upgrade your weapons, armour and switch to flint pointed arrow.
Start hunting boar and deer, try to find some bee hives so you can build your own, as cooked deer meat, boar jerkey and honey are the three best foods for the meadows / early black forest.
If you got black forest food items, switch to carrot soup, deer stew and queens jam / minced meat sauce to get the best HP / Stam balance.
Only when you got at leat 10 of each food, head back to that dungeon.
And to explore it, don't just run into each passage you see, keep hugging the left of right wall to make sure you get through every chamber and kill every creature in there. When you encounter a bone pile, don't rush in, retreat and use your bow to lure the skellies towards you. Kill them off with your shield / club (block / hit) and progress any further. If you food counter runs out, retreat, eat, advance again.
The advantage of a dungeon is, you don't have to clear it in one go. If you don't succeed at the first time, come back later. The bones you find in a dungeon are good enough to upgrade leather armour, shields and a club to a next level; which may be enough to clear it in the end and retrieve your items.
