Go into the chat window and put in /tuturialtoggle (tab key will autocomplete). No more Hugin for the session.

The problem with this, as I found out, is when you next log in Hugin will be there constantly bringing up what he didn't say yet. Maybe not so much a problem to a perma deather. However to someone like me that likes to start new worlds and more specifically characters a lot it tends to gets rather frustrating constantly seeing him because I forgot to enter the command.
