Which VH are you all using (Steam,GP,Xbox)?
Same VH version? (I think the error would be different but still...)
How are you trying to connect (IP/FQDN:port, join code, server browser)?
to what (dedicated)?
Mods?
What do the LOGs[1] say? Any information more specific than failed to connect?
Has it worked at some point?
Have you tried connecting somewhere else? (to narrow down the problem to on of you)
What changed since then?
Why are you posting this in the General forum? It clearly belongs in "Bugs & Technical Issues".

How is anyone supposed to help you?
We don't know what you're doing or what exactly is happening.
You need to actually describe that in enough detail for anyone willing to help to get some kind of picture of whats going on.

... tried restarting our computers and updating out computers and what not but nothing will workAn exact documentation of what you did/tried might actually be helpful...
