Your idea of adding stamina is nice but the comfort is all about stam regen. I always try to get my comfort to around amount of day since there isn't a clock in vanilla. You basically want stam like it was before HnH and IG doesn't like that. Makes a Viking's life too easy. There must be struggle to git gud. And it makes you need to progress on your crafting to get the stam that you need.
