Why? Etir is plentiful since you can get roughly 40 units from each source. From my perspective, Iron and Silver are more cumbersome to harvest/produce than Eitr.
Depends on your skull RNG and other things like multiplayer factors.
Sure, but the same is true about Crypts and Swamps....
