Nitrado arent bad. Quite cheap and really fast customer support on the off chance something stuffs up. Had desync issues when H&H was released so I contacted the customer support which can take 24 hours to respond; I had a response and a solution within the hour. Other than that I believe Gportal is also a solid choice.
