V+ is the only mod I run.

I've played Vanilla singleplayer for over 100 hours, but now I'm starting fresh with my gf. We can only put in an hour or two like 1-3 times per week, so I tweaked some settings to make things less grindy. Left combat difficulty alone for now, but might tweak that too in case frequent deaths (on her part) become a hindrance for our casual coop fun.

It's pretty enjoyable so far. Great mod!
