If you have the materials for it build a portal near your tombstone (a minute's worth of walk away) or if you don't have the materials for portals build a small base at the foot of the mountain (a roof, 4 walls, a fire, a bed, some food, and frost meads). Get rested, eat, and walk toward your tombstone. When the wolves that are guarding your corpse see you run away at a 90 degree angle and let them chase you. IF they kill you then no big deal all you lose is a mead and the food you ate but you get the wolves away from your tombstone. As long as you got the wolves far enough away you should be able to respawn, rest, eat, mead and then sneak to your tomstone and get your stuff.
