I thought Comcast was bad, but they got pretty good the last few years I lived in their area. Last summer we moved to a Spectrum area and I feel like I've gone back ten years in time.

I feel you. I recently moved as well and got stuck with spectrum. Before the move I had Verizon FIOS for years with no outages. Problem is where I live now Verizon has to subcontract their FIOS to a small company due to some laws. So I can get the superior service, but with a small company running it, any outages can take days to weeks going by the reviews. I feel like the turd in a turd sandwich.
