Would be nice. Oh no, I took the tiniest bit of scratch damage from a slightly too long fall, or a graydwarf chucked a rock at me, or whatever else that happens while I'm puttering around my base doing various chores.

Welp, guess I gotta chow down to heal this even though I by no means have any need of the extra health/stamina at the moment.
