There is definitely a few mechanics clashing at this point:
* the comfort radius forces you to put all comfort items close together. Chairs and rugs are easy, hot tub and bed not do much. I dont want to create 2 beds just to cover my base. It looks dumb.
* the only way to upgrade workstations is by building new pieces. These pieces are bulky, need to be close to the workstation but not too close to each other.

So one mechanic calls for bigger bases with more room, while the other wants to keep everything in a small radius.

Unless the intent is to have the workbench room, the forge room, the magic room and the comfort room. Which I find really stupid. I want to be comfortable everywhere!!
