Nah I disagree
The fuling game exacerbates the situation, but I get tired of the extreme knock back all over the place, but especially in the parry situation because I don't want to block with a knock back.

Yeah in the fuling I get tired of playing the pinball, but that's just part of the game I guess... though I do wish the knock back could be tweaked.

But I doubt it will happen and I don't really want it to be a global change for everyone

But it does just get annoying to almost have shammy killed only to suddenly find myself 2 meters away from hit from a simple hit

And this is in full padded gear etc...

Of course though, what equipment are you in? Also a factor.

I don't get knocked back when I parry.

They do. The monster gets knocked back.

They get knocked back out of range of my attack.
So what should be a
1) parry
2) immediate riposte

becomes:
1) parry
2) they get knocked back a well out of weapon range
3) have to run or sprint forward to even take advantage of the parry with terrain sometimes even conspiring to prevent being able to take advantage of the parry

Really I guess they need an option to not knock back and stagger on a parry and instead allow an immediate single critical hit after a SUCCESSFUL parry.
