SOLVED! Lastly, without any hope, I got into steam, game properties, local files, and in the common -> valheim folder, I deleted everything that contained this folder. Then in steam, check the integrity of the files and the game started listening.

Don't reinstall the game, just delete everything in the Valheim folder and check the files, nothing more.
