Hence the delays, slow progress on game updates, etc...

I can't think of any profession less dependent on everyone being in one location (programming) Especially one made up of 5 people.

We're all sharing information now and none of us are in the same building.

And yet It can still slow development. The entire industry felt it. It's easy to sit back and speculate though.
