Gives 9% of speed unarmed ( with a weapon and shield only -1% penalty ) , i have running at lvl 98 ( was 100 but fuuu death ) and that crap with eikthyr buff makes you a damned ferrari ahhahahahah
I like this set so much more that root : gives you freeze and fire resist , a total of 48 defense and 9% speed and 0 penalties
Maybe one can reach a little more defense using padded helmet , but only having 6% of speed bonus
