Buy a better hardware, maybe?

Performance can be CPU or GPU(and sometimes RAM) bound. If one ring of that chain is too weak - you won't get much performance.

I really wish you could actually use thread search and see that there are already at least 100 threads, discussing performance, with performance improving tips, instead of making ♥♥♥♥ up like something is taboo.

Also, there is a high chance your thread was just merged into that one big bug thread. Steam just shows it as removed, since it is no longer a thread of its own.
