Hard to say what the issue might be. Playing with a crappy I5 gtx 1660TI and gsyncmonitor. and ssd ofc..
No stuttering and very smooth (also have a 2K Hdmod installed)I have a bit low fps around the base but dont notice it due to gsync I guess. I have done the Boot Gfx "fix" ,play with vulcan with vsync off ingame and on fast in Nvidia settings. And added the exclusive fullscreen string in Steam.
