Look, it doesn't take a lot of observation of the head dev to see that he's an ultra-nerdy code-based perfectionist. When someone like that is leading the charge, there isn't going to be much in the incremental stages, because he wants to get everything /just right/ in his eyes, something the early release was sort of known for. Just being good.

Doesn't matter whether I agree with it or not, but clearly the team isn't going to pop out a lot of monthly updates that then require further updates to fix code that was broken through haste. This is the sandwich I purchased in this game's early access. It was pretty delicious the first time. It's going to be pretty delicious down the road. But it definitely isn't going to be the fast food snack cake every week that's popular with the masses.

So, I guess you have to decide on how you like to eat, eh?
