This change should not have been made because you need all the rested bonus you can get to traverse the Mistlands. You take longer moving around because of the mist slowing your down lest you run straight into danger + the terrain also requires better stamina to jump around.

If they make this change then imo every boss that is sacrificed should give the player +5 health and +5 stamina baseline.
