I'm in the swamp and woefully underprepared. Can't even leave our workbench perimeter. Friend and I are considering cheesing to get to crypts. Just endless firepits and workbenches. Whatever it takes! Lol

Did they allow for the workbench to be upgraded again? Idk where the full update notes are

Crypts are not hard, but skill up your archery and get a good bow. I go there alone all time and only with wooden arrows.
