The main point though is that there are no "official" servers.
If the server admin/owner decides to let people do whatever it is still their choice. That would tell me i wasn't wanted there. Unless you like being treated like that?

You're just totally ignoring a stated fact. Anyone, not just the server admin/owner, can do whatever they want and the server admin/owner can do nothing about it so long as that person has the password. So again, it has nothing to do with a server admin/owner wanting or not wanting a players who gets griefed around.
I just explained this and you completely ignored it to try to push a false narrative yet again.
