I haven't noticed a lack of enemies outside the Mistlands, but it's pretty quiet in the mistlands these days. There were times pre-patch where it was similarly quiet (and others where you get back-to-back-to-back soldier/gjall spawns), but I feel like there are more, longer lulls now where there just won't be any enemies at all in the mistlands.
