There are no pre-built structures in your crafting menu that function as housing. However, the biomes do contain certain pre-built areas and structures you can do a quick fix-up job on, and then use them. I myself slapped some wood panelling onto a crumbling tower and had a very resilient, tall house to shoot enemies from in safety.
