OK, so they reworked the entire food/health stamina system from the ground up. They re-balanced combat, and added a "stagger" bar. They've added 2 new enemy types, 2 new material, and they have added a use for crystal. They added a new crafting station, new upgrades for said crafting station and they added a bunch of new foods. They added a new set of armor (with stat bonuses) and you can now upgrade troll armor to level 4. They added a new weapon for killing tamed animals, they added a hot tub (designed after a fan creation). There are also a bunch of new building pieces. They added a mount (lox) and a saddle for said mount. They also made it so tamed lox can breed. They also added an item to the merchant that allows you to craft a station to destroy unwanted items in glorious fashion. More uses for Black metal. I'm sure there is some stuff i'm missing. Edit : oh yeah a new crop item as well : onions.
