Perhaps you could try turning down the Shadow Quality (Medium) and Active Point Light Shadows (High (3)) one step each from max. The graphical difference isn't big, but the performance boost is decent.

With those, and Motion Blur, Depth of Field, and Chromatic Aberration off, my framerates are pretty good everywhere natural.
