Searching for a vegvisir definitely should not be nearly as hard as finding the summoning location for the boss.

I think that a vegvisir for the next boss should at least appear next to its trophy runestone after the prior bosses' trophy is hung.

Or it should appear right next to the summoning area of one boss after it's defeated.
