V+ broke after a recent update and the original mod maintainer has been MIA since last December. There are people trying to fix it and keep it up to date, but there's a lot there that requires studying and breaking down first (it is, after all, an all-in-one mod) making it an uphill battle (Valheim-style).

You may want to look through this list of replacements[github.com] (many of them sub-mods pulled from V+ itself) to cover whatever you need from the larger megamod for the time being. A lot of them have more active development, too.
