Eat before you go out ? You don't need to level up your fist skill bro, you can literally see and hear them from a mile away. Make a bow and shoot them

I literally cannot hear them. This is a grind game. No one on my server plays it for active gameplay. No one buys a game like this for that either. So im not gonna have audio up to FPS game levels. I can hear loxes and other mobs at just fine audio levels. But a mosquitoe would require me to significantly raise my audio to be able to get enough warning.

Oh and eating my way to 100 hp did nothing. still got oneshot thanks to no armor.
