Stating something like "I'm already looking to cheat" means that you already had prior a predestined motion to cheat. I.e. you know about the cheats and you cannot control yourself to not.

It's not that I can't control myself. It's that this game sucks donkey honks without them and I have no interest in it at all, which makes it really easy to help myself. I just go play something else. In SP all that matters is that I enjoy the game I bought. And that means fixing the godawful gameplay decisions the devs made. It's a long list. Being able to see is just one tiny bit of it. The fact that modders have made fixes for all the stuff means I'm hardly alone in my assessment.
