If you like what you see on the store page, aren't fussed about the graphics, sound & game play, read a couple of reviews (overwhelmingly positive from a broad audience) and have played a few survival games before, (or even if you haven't played many survival games before) you might like it.

The combat is really easy to figure out, very basic controls. The building & collecting mats is a bit time consuming at first, but as you progress & start killing all the bosses, you unlock more items, that allow you to proceed to the next new biome. (but that isn't restrictive in terms of exploring, building & fighting mobs in said biomes)

Character development is decent, every action you do, be it mining, tree cutting, or using certain weapons have a skill level of 0-100 for each, so the more you do something, or use something like a club or axe, you get better at it over time.

You don't have to rush bosses (some do) but you will get heavily rewarded for being overprepared if you take your time, and plan things out, can make things really easy on yourself. If you try to rush to get things done asap (like speed running bosses or wondering into a very difficult biome at an early stage) will be punishing, to say the least.
