Reading through the Bugs forum, some players have those issues still today. However, I run three dedicated servers on a single mini-PC with a 150Mb/s up/down fibre optic line for up to 10 players each server, and only ran into minor lag issues during group boss fights (8-10 players at the same time). Other than that, no disconnects and no desync issues.
