In my experience it's faster and less stressful to do it well planned. There is no fast way out in this situation.
1. Built a small outpost, get some food and at least basic armor, be patient and back up if things get to tough and try again.
2. Get back to your base and built new equip and than get back your stuff.

If it's better 1 or 2 depends on your situation.
