Firstly thanks everyone for the replies, etc..

So it seems some are getting a nice fps while others of us aren't.
I guess it also depends on how much people have built base wise.. Like I've built a decent size base (You'll see it on upcoming videos/streams on my YT channel)

But yeah, it's weird how it's only using 10-20% of my GPU and 1.5 / 8gb ram.
Something isn't utilising it at all, I'll try updating my GPU drivers as well.

I'll also try all the tips and tricks above thanks.

I'm also in the process of moving over to my other (newly built) PC.. Although it'll still be the same GPU with better everything else so probably wont make a difference.
Current specs; i7-3770k, 16gb ddr3 ram, Gigabyte Aorus RTX 2060S 8GB standard 7200rpm drive. + all the trimmings.
New rig is i9-10850k, 64gb ddr4 ram, M.2 SSD hdd, and all the trimmings.

It's still playable, just frustrating at times when fps drops to 10-20fps.
Luckily it's mostly around my base so not when fighting.

I'll try the tips people have posted above anyway thank you, and see if I can push some more frames so I can get cracking with YouTube content on the game.
