H&H is just a large update pass on lots of things they've been working on released all at once. game still has unused biomes and items but this is slowly changing.

its still not feature complete, there is no end game story for example so the adventure isnt over. things are getting rebalanced based on feedback and are still very much in flux. when it will be truely done can't say. as with any EA labeled title it could be tomorrow or 10 years from now. all depends on things that happen and decisions that get made.
