Road maps are not promises. There were no milestones. The road map did not say "Coming in 2021" It just said 2021.
They dated the roadmap, because they planned to revise it in the future and having a date of roadmap "publishing" would help differentiate between new maps.

But they had to scrap that entire method of communicating what is in the future for Valheim because of people like you who do not understand anything about development of any kind.

They also communicated with the community that bundling into huge updates, like the roadmap was suggesting, was new for them AND that they didn't like that way of updating when they scrapped the roadmap.
