Obvious thought would be if you have all 3 food buffs up. Dont think mozzies can one shot you if you are in fully upgraded wolfarmor and decent food. After that its just a single arrow and they are gone, dont even have to fully pull the bow...

Not sure about the new extra agressive enemies tho, might be overtuned a bit. Found a small island yesterday and it had 7!! trolls on it.
