You're just totally ignoring a stated fact. Anyone, not just the server admin/owner, can do whatever they want and the server admin/owner can do nothing about it so long as that person has the password. So again, it has nothing to do with a server admin/owner wanting or not wanting a players who gets griefed around.
I just explained this and you completely ignored it to try to push a false narrative yet again.

Look I'm not saying the server admin/owner is responsible for doing the griefing. But they can control who is on with passwords and vetting people. If they choose not to do that it isn't like anyone else can... right?

The point is moot anyway. As a player wanting to join getting tromped constantly there is no choice other than to not play there.
