Kill Eithyr on start, build a karve and get the trader NW of start island, then circle around directly north of spawn and find a huge 4 boss, 6 biome island, five bosses if you count Bonemass twice. The Queen is close to the NE of there. Sail up the black forest river to a small inland sea. Across that is a large meadows area perfect for a tall cliffside base, or build lower next to the swamp if you prefer.
