First off the modders are probably still playing catch up with the update, most likely working on making whatever mod they have to be compatible for the latest update, and the hotfixes that will soon come after. This is the phase of the update where you're supposed to get excited by the new content and experience it, BEFORE modding the game.

Relax, this is how most modding communities work though. You need to give them time to make mods that are ready for the update, and upcoming hotfixes too. Don't expect everything.
