You can try this:

1. Open the game.
2. Start Game.
3. Manage saves.
4. Worlds
5. Double click on your world and it should drop down a tree with backs-ups.
6. Load one of those. You might lose progress so be careful!

I would post a screenshot if steam allowed it.

Steam allows it but you made your profile private and turned it off.
