Unless you are running in starving you were getting one shotted in fully upgraded wolf armor. And if you were starving, that's your own fault.
Wolf armor is 82 points of armor vs a 90 point attack. That ends up doing approximately 24 damage per hit.
Meaning even starving it may take 2 hits to kill you. With the worst 3 food buffs you'd have 65 health, taking 3 hits to kill you at max, 45 health and 2 hits to kill you at flashing levels.
With level appropriate food having completed mountains, you would have 170 health at max, taking 6 hits to kill you, or 100 health at flashing levels, so 4 hits to kill you.
This isn't even factoring in blocking which would almost completely negate any damage, putting what goes through in the single digits at most.
(Deathsquitos can't even one shot you in Black Forst level gear)
This is also ignoring the fact you have access to ranged weapons which can easily pick off Deathsquitos before you are in aggro range, or the fact they die from just about any attack, considering they have a whole 10 hp.
So basically your claim doesn't hold at all unless you're rushing in starving, refusing to block, not attacking, and just kinda standing around letting them get free shots on you again and again.
