Two star draugr archers? Don't go mano a mano. They will waste you, because you cannot evade their arrows.

Spiral inward to them, 'circle strafe' (like in pvp shooters games) except instead of a pure circle, reduce the distance between their shots. When you get close block their final shot then kill them. Granted, shooting is easier, but some people don't use bows at all, others prefer to clobber stuff. Plains tar babies are the hardest thing to avoid if you want to melee, and even those it is doable, just difficult with more than 2 of them activated. I prefer to shoot them, but everyone should know the technique. This is similar to the 'wait for it' technique. Every enemy in V has an attack and delay cycle. Its really short on wolves, but for the most part if you wait on their attack, avoid or block then go stab them a few times, you can kill anything and never take a real hit. The only difference is that the ranged guys have a longer delay and you have to close the gap.
