actually it's not design flaw If the raids aren't player oriented to make sure the individual player is at the correct level of progression then that really needs to be changed. I noticed that when my son decided to join my server (for a single session no less) and I had not even defeated Bonemass but he had on a separate game he played with his own friends I started getting the undead raids.
If that's how this works it needs to be addressed because you cannot assume everyone on a server has access to the same materials. It also should not hit them with raid levels that they are in no way prepared for. That's a design flaw.
everyone on server has access to the same resources -> it's coop... just get them from other players, it's reality
if you play server modded for pvp/competitive/whatever non-coop then just tell host to get mod that turns server into this mode (default is coop and game is wrapped around this)
the raids are world-bound
boss/mob is killed on world = this world unlocks raids
it doesn't save anything on player file so you can just go to world where boss wasn't killed and raid is locked then
you can use commands to make world forget that you killed boss/mob, this will reset raids to 0 (aka only boar/neck raid can occur)
yes Is the Fuling raid linked to Yagluth? As in, once you beat him the raids stop, like the Ice Drakes and Draugr for their respective area bosses.
yagluth (fuling) raid stops attacking once you kill yagluth

whoever manages this page updates it quickly
as soon as the update dropped he updated info there, why people ignore it?
