Mostly people who already wanted to ♥♥♥♥ on the game, but didn't have as good of a reason. Immediately when seeing how much of a misstep the rebalance was, they became sharks discovering chum, and naturally went at it as that ♥♥♥♥ gave them excuse to whine on the forums again.

I get constructive criticism, it did make them decide to alter the rebalance, but more than half of the posts weren't constructive in any way. These people were going to talk ♥♥♥♥ no matter what.
